Orders are processed immediately after payment and cannot usually be cancelled. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be stopped or cancelled. We require a full and accurate UK postcode to dispatch an order. If a postcode is not provided, we will attempt to match your address using Royal Mail’s postcode finder. If we cannot find an exact match, or if there are multiple similar addresses without a clear house name or number, we will contact you by email and phone to confirm the details.
If we are unable to reach you to verify the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We do not dispatch orders without a fully confirmed address. Missing or incorrect postcode details may result in delays or cancellation and refund of your order.

If your parcel is late or hasn't arrived within the time specified on the product page, please call or email us right away.

Please note that all deliveries require an in-person signature at the address provided at checkout. Parcels cannot be left outside or with a neighbour.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may attempt to contact you by phone. If there is no answer at the door or by phone, the parcel will be returned to the local delivery depot and a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day.
If there is still no response on the second attempt, the parcel will be held at the delivery depot. We will then contact you to help arrange redelivery.

After delivery, customers should register their product on the manufacturer’s website to activate and manage their warranty. In the event of a fault, support, diagnosis and repair are handled directly by the manufacturer through their official service centres, as they are best placed to provide technical assistance, parts and replacements under their warranty terms.
