    We require a full and accurate UK postcode to dispatch an order. If a postcode is not provided, we will attempt to match your address using Royal Mail’s postcode finder. If we cannot find an exact match, or if there are multiple similar addresses without a clear house name or number, we will contact you by email and phone to confirm the details.

    If we are unable to reach you to verify the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. We do not dispatch orders without a fully confirmed address. Missing or incorrect postcode details may result in delays or cancellation and refund of your order.
