We require a full and accurate UK postcode to dispatch an order. If a postcode is not provided, we will attempt to match your address using Royal Mail’s postcode finder. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may attempt to contact you by phone. If there is no answer at the door or by phone, the parcel will be returned to the local delivery depot and a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day.
If there is still no response on the second attempt, the parcel will be held at the delivery depot. We will then contact you to help arrange redelivery.
